We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Marketing Executive to join our Customer team based in our Central Support Office in Lasswade. This is a customer focussed role that predominantly supports the restaurant and the wider marketing teams to delivery first class marketing communications across the full marketing mix, that are on brand, drive footfall and deliver a great customer experience. Our Restaurant Marketing Executive role offers a hybrid pattern of home working and working from our Central Support Office. You can choose to work more frequently in the office if you'd prefer.Responsibilities
  • To play a key role in developing and implementing stand out customer messaging and communications for our restaurants, coffee shops, soft plays & foodhalls.
  • Briefing and liaising with our in-house Studio and external agencies to produce marketing materials across a range of channels including (but not exclusively) print, point of sale, digital screens, emails, social and packaging.
  • Working with the Head of Campaigns & In-store Communications to forward plan marketing campaigns & develop the messaging & assets required to deliver these.
  • Working closely with the wider restaurant team to support on new menus & initiatives, both development & execution, including (but not exclusively) the seasonal menu changes, food shows & trade driving promotions.
  • Working with the customer insights & research team to pull out & understand current trends & insights available as well as briefing any new pieces of insights work required.
  • Working closely with our content & photography team on briefing key content creation, including lifestyle photography, video content, for use across multiple channels.
  • Work with the Digital team to agree messaging, images & content for all digital activity.
  • Plan and maintain the company trade plan in line with key commercial messages and marketing campaigns to ensure fully integrated, multi channel campaigns.
  • Produce clear and concise briefing documents, supplier guidelines and store communications for all marketing campaigns, print, point of sale and packaging.
  • Support the PR function with messaging, content and assets as required.
  • Support the Ops function with any back of house print, digital screens or point of sale for team initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the photography management system (WebDam).
  • Managing the creative and print sign off process as well as budget tracking, sign off and raising of POs.
