A family-feel CDM specialist consultancy are seeking a confident CDM Principal Designer, with a design background who can manage a new portfolio of projects that have been onboarded by a prestigious client. You would join a team of ex-Architects turned Principla Designers.Even if you are not an ex-Architect but you have a technical degree within Architecture, Engineering or Surveying, and would like a chance to work on iconic buildings in London. You will be provided any CDM qulifications needed, a flexible working pattern and all of their projects are within the M25, offering great work life balance.CDM Consultant ResponsibilitiesAs a CDM Consultant you will advise clients on the CDM 2015 regulations, as well as lead within Design meetings. Ensuring design stage risk is managed.CDM Consultant should possess
  • Design degree (Architecture / Engineering / Surveying) (required)
  • 2 years within a CDM or Construction H&S (required)
  • NEBOSH Construction / Fire / General (preffered)
  • TechIOSH Membership (preferred)
  • APS (Association of Project Safety) Membership (preferred)
