- Leading and developing a team of supervisors and engineers to deliver hard services and compliance.
- Driving operational excellence through inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and presenting MI reports at KPI meetings.
- Supporting sustainability goals and contributing to Wates' Net Zero journey.
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Identifying and implementing value-add initiatives and energy-saving solutions.
- Proven experience in facilities management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
- Strong technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas disciplines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification and BIFM qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
- Hands-on approach with a passion for service excellence and team development.
