- Working with the business and people team to help us deliver our new strategy, and TDF Grand Depart 2027, including workforce planning and resourcing
- Designing and delivering HR operations process improvements
- Providing high-quality HR advice and support to managers and teams
- Coaching and upskilling managers
- Contributing to broader HR initiatives, including policy development and culture work
- Using data and insight to improve HR services and influence decision making
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role, with strong practical knowledge of HR processes and systems improvement
- Solid employee relations knowledge and management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of supporting and advising line managers on people matters
- Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
