Job PurposeAs a Pre-Sales Consultant at Everything Tech Group, you will work closely with existing and potential customers to scope and design solutions through to supporting the Project and Service Teams in delivery and maintenance.LocationManchester or Derby-basedKey Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Sales Success: To assist in driving success through sales and taking joint responsibility for assisting the sales team to achieve their KPIs and associated growth targets.
  • Technical Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, offering technical solutions that align with the customer goals and ETG’s portfolio.
  • Customer Engagement: Analyse, review and proactively arrange sessions with current and potential clients to understand their IT infrastructure, challenges, and objectives and be able to articulate and demonstrate an understanding of outcomes and commercial impact.
  • Demonstrations: Craft and present detailed demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of proposed solutions.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide detailed, accurate, and thorough presentations/proposals. You will also have the ability to present and articulate our solutions to multiple types of audiences.
  • Technical Guidance and Support: Provide continuous technical advice to clients and colleagues, supporting them through the sales process and project lifecycle.
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and solutions.
  • Experience to technical sales processes and strategies.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Continuous professional development in emerging Microsoft technologies and solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adept at handling customer objections and providing effective solutions.
  • Eagerness to stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and customer-driven timescales.
