2025-08-26Full TimePermanentProduction Operative - 4on/4off Shift PatternLocation: Bayton Road Industrial Estate, BedworthShift: 4 on / 4 off, fixed days - 06:00 to 18:00Pay: £12.21 per hour plus performance-based bonusAbout the RoleWe are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer of roofing and building materials at their Bedworth site. This role involves working on a busy production line, helping to produce high-quality clay roof tiles and related products. You'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production line machinery and mobile plant equipment
  • Load raw materials and maintain consistent production flow
  • Carry out visual and physical quality checks on finished products
  • Report faults, breakdowns, or quality issues to supervisors
  • Keep work areas clean and organised
  • Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Work with team members to meet daily production targets
  • Assist maintenance teams when required
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial setting
  • Willing to work a fixed 4on 4off shift pattern
