📍 The Job:Work alongside a friendly, multidisciplinary team in the heart of County Fermanagh.
Deliver high-quality patient care in general practice, outpatient clinics, or community services
10 sessions with the Western Health and Social Care Trust, based at Erne Health Centre.
The work pattern will be based on a 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. working day Monday to Friday and clinical practice will be supervised by the Consultant.
There is an expectation of providing medical cover when a planned enhancement of the H@H service commences. Medical cover will be provided up to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. on weekends and bank holidays.
Core duties will consist of the assessment and management of acute elderly patients admitted to the Hospital at Home service.🏠Local accommodation can be organised on Sligo Road / Enniskillen
