As the Regional Sales Director (North), you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy in the EMEA CARE North region. - Develop a commercial strategy and annual plans to build growth and expansion in the EMEA CARE North region.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and adapt plans based on market dynamics.
- Lead the Sales function by setting and implementing the sales process.
- Drive business growth and ensure interpersonal support on key initiatives.
- Lead and develop direct reports, including setting targets and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with other key teams including Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Ensure a high standard of EHS for staff, equipment, and surroundings.
- Develop Univar’s self-determination where possible and relevant by developing Univar’s brand strategy.
- Proven experience in chemical distribution, preferably in Homecare & Industrial Cleaning or Personal Care.
- Degree in Chemistry or Business preferred, but equivalent experience is highly valued.
- Ability to monitor implementation throughout the organization, accountable for accurate execution and results.
- Tactical adaptability to market conditions, with a capacity to revise strategy when necessary.
- Support growth plans directly or through your team to achieve AOP commitments.
- Define and implement adapted marketing strategies, directly or through your team.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
- Proficient in English; French and/or German is a plus.
