Pay rate to £45.38 per hour
Contract role, Local Government HousingWe are recruiting for an experienced Housing Needs Operational Manager in North London.Responsibilities include
· Support residents in navigating housing options and managing their situations independently.
· Develop and share self-help tools across council platforms.
· Provide accurate housing advice via interviews, calls, outreach, and home visits.
· Ensure compliance with statutory duties under housing and care legislation.
