Car Driver: Not specified – please enquire if neededJob OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Adult Neuro Rehabilitation Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist team in Surrey. This rewarding role involves supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological care needs, delivering high-quality speech and language therapy interventions tailored to each individual.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 or 7 therapist with a background in neurorehabilitation and a passion for person-centred care. You will be part of a forward-thinking and supportive service, making a real difference in adult neuro rehab outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Deliver specialist speech and language therapy assessments and interventions for adults with neurological conditions.Support patients with acquired brain injuries and other complex neuro conditions.Manage a diverse caseload, independently and effectively.Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care.Utilise evidence-based practice to support communication and swallowing needs.Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in line with professional standards.Contribute to service development and clinical innovation within the neuro rehab setting.Qualifications and ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you must have:A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).HCPC registration and eligibility for RCSLT membership.Proven experience working with adults in neurorehabilitation settings.Dysphagia training is essential.Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.A proactive and reflective approach to clinical practice.Why Choose Pulse?From the moment you register with Pulse, our focus is entirely on you.
