We're hiring a Department Operations Assistant to work cross-functionally with our sales and hire teams. You'll keep internal processes running smoothly, handling day-to-day admin, communications, and task management to support our operational success.Responsibilities Include:Update and manage records and contact databasesSchedule department meetings and coordinate logisticsBe the main point of contact for hire enquiries (Thu-Fri)Provide support with sales enquiries (afternoons, Mon-Thu)Respond to emails and calls, prepare quotes, and follow up promptlyTrack project progress and flag potential delaysSupport internal communication across teams and with suppliersOrder office supplies and equipment when neededGenerate reports to inform weekly team meetingsPitch in with other admin tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Detail-oriented, organised, and deadline-consciousGreat communicator with a team-first attitudeProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systemsAble to manage competing demands and stay on top of prioritiesConfident, helpful, and solution-focusedInterest in supporting construction-focused teamsBENEFITS
