- Deal with any incoming/outgoing telephone calls
- Control of fuel cards and other equipment provided to the drivers
- Dealing with internal queries via phone/email
- Fuel data recording, reporting and accuracy checks
- General admin duties
- Have previous admin and data entry experience
- Microsoft packages experience - desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
