What we look for in a Commis Chef:This role requires someone that constantly strives to produce food to youngs high quality standards and is confident with working on their own or as a team with our head chef.
  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food as a Chef
  • Demonstrate a passion for making high quality meals
  • Be an active hands-on team player with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective control of service throughout the day
  • Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
