- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Monitor budget performance and provide analysis on variances.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations for management as required.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Part-qualified accountant - ACCA / CIMA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems is desirable)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing or Construction industry is desirable
