We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to join out expanding operations team at our site in Caistor.This is an exciting time to join an already established site as we continue growing by installing new lines and producing new products, which has created new opportunities across different shifts.What's in it for you?

Purpose of the roleAs a member of the Production Team, a Production Operative enables your lines and the rest of the factory to run efficiently and meet different customer's needs to the required quality and safety standards.Working Hours:We have a number of fixed shift patterns available on site.Shift 1: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00Shift 2: Tuesday - Saturday 07:00 - 16:00Shift 3: Tuesday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00Shift 4: 4 on 4 off 05:30 - 18:00Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing, weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
  • Checking, grading and labelling products.
  • Manual handling which may include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
  • Preparing poultry meat products including, deboning, mincing and shaping products.
  • Carrying out all duties in line with training, food safety and health and safety guidance.
What we are looking for:
  • Team work and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a flexible attitude to work tasks.
  • Good understanding of English and basic numeracy skills.
  • Experience within food production would be an advantage but not essential as all training is provided.
