
Primary SEND Teacher

- Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with complex SEN.
- Implement trauma-informed behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with therapy professionals and other staff to support pupil development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary-aged children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils with complex needs.
