Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 6am-2pm + 2pm-10pm on rotation

  • Accurately reporting shift status information on a 2 hourly basis
  • Ensure the warehouse operations is resourced efficiently
  • To lead planning with the operations, agency and recruitment
  • Monitor colleague performance
  • To coordinate the headcount plan with the Warehouse Coordinator
