- Maintaining precedents and tool kits
- Supporting intermediary relationships and external commentary
- Provide expert legal support on pension-related matters to the legal and client-facing teams.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Draft, review, and update legal documentation, including templates and precedents.
- Deliver training sessions and updates on legal developments in pensions to internal teams.
- Monitor changes in pensions law and advise on their implications for clients and the organisation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless legal solutions.
- Support business development initiatives by providing technical insights and expertise.
- Maintain and update the legal knowledge database with relevant case law and legislative updates.
- Strong technical expertise in pensions law
- Experience in precedent development and client training
- Excellent communication and research skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Prior PSL experience is helpful but not essential
- Competitive salary in the range of £75,000 to £120,000, depending on experience and location.
