Support ongoing ERP system implementation to ensure production routers appropriately capture process requirements and details.
Lead key quality meetings to drive routine information disposition and action for successful QMS deployment.
Drive customer satisfaction by striving to prevent quality escapes and timely follow-up on escapes.
Partner with process engineering in root cause analysis of production issues (rework, scrap, etc.) to compel yield improvement, implementing process control and revising documentation.
Leverage quality software system to strengthen quality.
Learn production processes to become capable of driving the adoption of Lean Six Sigma (LSS).
Support operational process improvements to achieve appropriate industry certifications.
Lead root-cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions for process-related concerns.
Strengthen quality awareness across organization.
Amend and draft procedures, as required, to integrate Lean initiatives into broader company Quality Systems.
Perform process audits, as required, to support the businesses Quality Management System.
Develop and conduct training sessions for administrative and factory personnel.
Provide technical assistance and support to manufacturing personnel and other departments, as needed.
Participate in a variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
Complete FAIR reports in line with AS9102.
Complete customer data-packs when required.
Build meaningful and productive relationships with business partners (e.g. Operations, Sales, and Process Engineering).
Proactively participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Generate positive energy - motivate others to build a positive team spirit.
Communicate effectively with all levels of employees.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBackground in and/or experience of aerospace & defence or microelectronics or other highly regulated industry preferred.Background in and/or experience of an AS9100 environment preferred.
Excellent people skills - a proven teacher, coach or mentor.
Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
High levels of integrity.

Lean Six Sigma experience - green belt preferred.
Experience working in an electronics manufacturing facility - preferred.
