Hours of work:
  • Mon - Fri (9.00am - 5.00pm)
Main duties
  • To plan and deliver to students enrolled in Level 3 Agriculture courses on a range of topics including farm habitat management, All-terrain vehicles and rough terrain telescopic forklifts, and land-based industry machinery operations.
  • To set and mark student assessments, providing feedback and monitoring student progress on the course.
  • To tutor student groups and individual students
  • To ensure compliance with CAFRE and Awarding body quality assurance systems
  • To attend FE teaching team meetings.
Essential Criteria:
  • The applicant must possess an Honours Degree in Agriculture or related discipline.
  • To deliver on these courses staff must be technically knowledgeable in the areas above.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of delivery and assessment of student learning is also beneficial.
