In this key leadership role, youll manage both the people and resources that power these vital operations, ensuring services are efficient, responsive, and delivered to the highest standard. Youll oversee an annual budget spanning across multiple core services.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational and financial management skills, a passion for service improvement, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.Join us and make a real impact behind the scenes.37.5 hours per week - Mon - FriMain duties of the jobThis role plays a vital part in shaping the patient and staff experience by ensuring services like cleaning, catering, portering, switchboard, and accommodation are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Youll manage multi-functional teams, oversee supplier contracts, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and take ownership of performance, budgets, and service improvement.   • Experience of Risk Assessments

  • Significant experience of managing multiple Facilities services within Hospital environment or similar related environment
