You'll be part of a committed team, working with children from birth to age 26, assessing their needs, providing support, and enabling positive outcomes.   • Carry out assessments and interventions to protect and support children, young people, and families.
  • Work as part of the 0-26 Team, responding to immediate needs and delivering comprehensive support across a range of ages.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams, ensuring the welfare and best interests of each child and family.
  • Provide guidance and resources to empower families and foster positive changes in challenging situations.
Qualifications and registrations:
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • SSSC registered in the Social Work part of the register
