We're seeking a Back of House, First Line Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Leading the oversight in managing and supporting colleagues in HR matters.
- Reporting directly to the Airside Performance Manager you will work closely in managing and supporting colleagues in HR matters.
- Making sure that compliance and standards are maintained, you partnership with them to plan out meetings that are required,
- OMS management of key tools to improve our working practices.
- To build relationships and keep clear communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of DHL HR Management and confident in conducting investigations conducting investigations
- To accept and embrace change as a constant and unpredictable feature of your working environment.

- Daily trackers, daily call logs, investigations, handover responsibilities, investigations
- Driving performance in operational environment, performance and efficiency of our colleagues.

- Be able to provide five years address history
