HGV Technician required in Plymouth
  • Up to £40,000 Basic Salary DOE
  • Successful independent commercial workshop
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1/5 Saturdays, on call
Our Client a Leading independent commercial workshop in the Plymouth area is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team.This is a Great Opportunity for an Experienced Technician to enhance their career and join a well established businessThe ideal HGV Technician will have experience in both Commercial and Domestic vehicles. Ideally you will have an NVQ level 3 but this is not essential, our client will consider those with no qualifications but long standing service in a Vehicular Technician role.Benefits within this HGV Technician role include:

The successful HGV Technician will be:
  • Diagnosing and finding faults to establish what work needs to be done.
  • Carry out work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Vehicle road testing and ensuring parts are both handled and stored correctly.
  • Providing top quality customer care every time to all customers.
  • MOT prepping vehicles
  • Light bodywork repairs
  • Roadside repairs on occasion
