Full-Time | NVQ Level 3 | Residential Care Experience RequiredAtrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking compassionate and experienced Senior Support Workers to provide high-quality care to children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders (EBD) and mental health needs.You will play a key role in creating a safe and nurturing home environment, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a structured, secure care settingDeliver tailored emotional and behavioural support to childrenEmpower children through meaningful interventions and daily engagementDevelop and implement care plans in partnership with multidisciplinary teamsAct as a role model for less experienced team membersRequirements:NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent)Experience in a residential children’s care settingFull UK driving licence and access to your own carExcellent communication and behavioural support skillsStrong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed careFor more information, contact Vicky on 01603 801530.Atrium is an equal opportunity employer, and all hiring decisions are subject to international and local employment laws and regulations.
