A dynamic, busy family based in London is seeking a Hybrid Family Personal Assistant to support their household and lifestyle with precision, warmth, and flexibility!Job Summary:A lovely family of four, with two school aged children are seeking an organized, trustworthy, and proactive Family Personal Assistant to support their household and social needs. This hybrid role blends on-site assistance at their home in Clapham with remote coordination, ensuring the family's life runs smoothly from anywhere. You'll be an integral part of their day-to-day, helping balance professional demands with family life.This is a unique opportunity to become the right hand to a lovely family juggling multiple, school schedules, travel plans, and social commitments. You'll be the calm in the storm-handling logistics, streamlining operations, and ensuring the household runs like clockwork. Additionally, the family employ a Nanny, as well as a part time gardener and Housekeeper that you'll be required to liaise with and manage.Job specification:Working remotely on the basis of 25-30 hours a week, you'll serve as the primary point of contact. At least one day per month will be required at the family home in Clapham but you must be able to adhere to more attendance at the property at busy times as needed, particularly in the lead up to the start of school terms to support the children's needs.

Keeping track of medical appointments for the whole family.
Light bookkeeping and budget tracking

Coordination and management of Household staff
Working from home with visits to the family residence
Attending key meetings or events when needed

Candidate specification:
Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Family Assistant
