With the right support, they can achieve more than many people expect—and you could be part of that journey.What you’ll be doing:Providing one-to-one and small group support for children with severe and complex learning difficultiesAssisting with personal care and supporting pupils with sensory or physical needsHelping pupils access learning through creative, individualised approachesWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver personalised supportCelebrating progress, no matter how small, and helping pupils build confidence and independenceWho we’re looking for:
Kindness, patience, and a calm, positive outlook are key for this role. You don’t need previous experience in a school—what matters is your willingness to learn, your ability to connect with children who communicate in different ways, and your commitment to making a difference.
