Sales Consultant – Full-TimePermanent | £25,000 + Uncapped CommissionWe’re working with a leading national retail group to find a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant for a busy showroom environment in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is ideal for someone with strong face-to-face sales experience and a proactive, service-led approach.The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be engaging with both trade and public customers, supporting them through the full sales process — from initial conversation to closing the deal. You’ll be joining a well-established team with excellent earning potential and long-term career development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and product guidance
  • Managing sales from enquiry to completion
  • Processing payments and handling customer orders
  • Supporting stock handling and general showroom upkeep
  • Building strong relationships with regular clients and trade contacts
  • Working to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a retail or sales-based role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage a wide range of customers
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
