Work Location: Brentford, West LondonKey Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance.
  • Configure and customize the D365 Finance platform to optimize financial processes and support business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance implementation and customization.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Proficiency in configuring D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
