Work Location: Brentford, West LondonKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance.
- Configure and customize the D365 Finance platform to optimize financial processes and support business objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 Finance to recommend innovative solutions.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance implementation and customization.
- Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to gather and document requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in configuring D365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
