The RoleWe're looking for a new advisor to join the Contact Centre team As an advisor, you'll be the voice of the V&A, solving problems and helping the public engage with us in person and online. You'll help visitors to plan their visit and will offer advice on events, directions, facilities, resources and accessibility for every V&A venue in London.The V&AThe V&A is the world's leading museum of art and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.8 million objects, books and archives that span over 5,000 years of human creativity.
