- Serve as the primary technical contact for Worldline solutions, supporting customers and third-party vendors during integration.
- Assist in analyzing and specifying technical environments to ensure successful solution deployment and project delivery.
- Support testing teams by facilitating system and certification testing to guarantee solution readiness and quality.
- Lead investigations into technical issues, diagnosing problems and providing effective resolutions throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare solutions for seamless transition from project phase to operational support, ensuring smooth handovers to Service Management.
- Collaborate with project teams, attending customer and off-site meetings to support integration efforts and address technical challenges.
- Demonstrable technical support or engineering experience in software, electronics, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and technical environments.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions efficiently.
- Proactive, energetic with excellent communication skills in English; French is beneficial.
