- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to fill vacancies in the quickest possible timescale.
- Complete pre-employment checks and issue contracts and send completed salary information to payroll
- Undertake long listing for various vacancies
- Attend interviews to provide HR guidance on a fair recruitment process and take interview notes
- Good standard of general education RSA 3 /GCSE A - C or equivalent demonstrable work experience
- Certificate in Personnel Practice (CIPD)
- Recruitment training / qualification
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Customer service experience
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with a range of Recruitment or HR issues
- Experience of medical recruitment practices
- NHS recruitment experience
- Experience in using ESR and Trac or other ATS or HR systems
- Good customer services skills
- Able to evidence the ability to quickly learn new HR systems and software
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word to an intermediate level
- Ability to interpret and explain Trust policies and procedures and National Doctor terms and condition
- Understanding of NHS recruitment processes, priorities, and pre-employment checks
- Able to autonomously prioritise and plan workload to meet deadlines, often in a pressurised environment
- Competent and experienced team player
