• Manage a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
• Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of cycling personal injury claims.
• Develop and implement case strategies to maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes for our clients.
• Liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the field of personal injury law, particularly concerning cycling accidents.
• Foster strong relationships with cycling advocacy groups and community organisations to further our mission of promoting cyclist safety and rights.

• Qualified solicitor/CILEx with a valid practicing certificate.
• Extensive experience in personal injury law, with a focus on cycling-related cases preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
