- Manage a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of cycling personal injury claims.
- Develop and implement case strategies to maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes for our clients.
- Liaise with insurance companies, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and build strong cases.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and legal developments in the field of personal injury law, particularly concerning cycling accidents.
- Foster strong relationships with cycling advocacy groups and community organisations to further our mission of promoting cyclist safety and rights.
- Qualified solicitor/CILEx with a valid practicing certificate.
- Extensive experience in personal injury law, with a focus on cycling-related cases preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
