As the Head of Cycling Personal Injury Claims, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cycling-related cases, from initial consultation to settlement or trial.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of solicitors, paralegals, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
  • Conduct initial client consultations and assess the viability of cycling personal injury claims.
  • Develop and implement case strategies to maximise the likelihood of successful outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Extensive experience in personal injury law, with a focus on cycling-related cases preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
