Contract: Full-time, PermanentA well-established, family-run dealership in the Falkirk area is currently looking for a skilled MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is a multi-brand site offering excellent working conditions, ongoing training and long-term stability.Key Requirements for the MOT Technician role:
- MOT licence essential (for MOT role)
- Minimum Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance (Level 3 preferred)
- Confident in diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and general maintenance
- Full UK driving licence required
- EV/Hybrid training provided
- Multi-brand experience beneficial
- Strong work ethic and team-focused mentality
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing to a high standard
- Complete MOT tests in line with DVSA standards (if licensed)
- Accurately complete job cards and vehicle health checks
- Work effectively as part of a small, close-knit workshop team
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and first-time fix rates
- Ensure workshop compliance and follow health & safety procedures
- Basic salary £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
- OTE up to £47,000 with bonus
- Monday to Friday only - No weekends
