- Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' health and care needs
- Create and maintain comprehensive care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals
- Administer medication in line with best practices and documentation protocols
- Support and supervise nursing and care staff
- Ensure the highest standards of care delivery, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Competitive hourly rate: £26.00 - £26.50 (dependent on experience)
