Are you an experienced and dynamic Facilities Technician looking for your next permanent role? Then please read on.We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician to join our friendly team at Linford Building Product Plant, in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it's important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Senior Site Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day activities which will include:
  • Weighbridge Cover - Computer Literate
  • Monthly Spill Kit Checks
  • Face Fit Checks - once trained
  • First Aider - once trained
  • Ladder checks - once trained
  • Worksite inspections, to include reporting of skips and recording on Intelex
  • Monthly gas and water reading checks
  • Monthly bander and radio checks
  • BIB tap weekly checks
  • Weekly collection of guard check sheets and forklift truck check sheets
  • Fire Alarm weekly check
  • Any other tasks as required
