- Manage first-line soft services to the site, full responsibility for managing the office, reception area, meeting rooms, and all external vendors, including cleaning services, coffee & food services, office maintenance, etc.
- Assist with company welfare activities
- Manage executive calendar and schedule meetings
- Provide general admin support to the office
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
- Greet, assist, and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Reception Services)
- Experience in calendar management
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Solid communication skills English (written and verbal)
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
- People person and a team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and Highly organized.
