- Diagnosing faults and carrying out component-level repairs
- Following build instructions and documenting processes
- Using standard test equipment to verify product performance
- Supporting continuous improvement across production
- Formal engineering qualification (electro-mechanical or similar)
- Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, and cable assembly
- Familiarity with reading schematics and using test equipment
- Basic knowledge of PCB design and mechanical CAD software
- Understanding of clean room techniques for optical assembly
