This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing legal practice by driving innovation in document automation, styles and precedents.About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's corporate legal services through:Document Automation & Management:
- Drafting and implementing new corporate styles and precedents
- Leading automation projects using various platforms
- Reviewing and updating existing standard documents
- Supporting the development of the firm’s knowledge management systems
- Delivering internal training and briefings on corporate documentation
- Assisting with client-facing training and presentations
- Creating content and materials to support business development initiatives
- Collaborating across practice areas and with external knowledge networks
- Identifying process improvements to enhance client service delivery
- Strong drafting and project management skills
- Experience with corporate legal documentation and precedents
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Familiarity with legal tech tools
