- Equipment Maintenance & Deployment: Guarantee operational excellence through regular maintenance, inspections, and the strategic deployment of equipment for global missions.
- Procurement & Quality Control: Support procurement processes to enhance our tech arsenal, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Helping us find what works as we grow.
- Safety Compliance & Training: Champion safety, ensuring all equipment complies with the latest regulations. Develop and deliver comprehensive training to our team, instilling a culture of equipment care and responsibility.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage budgets with precision, allocate resources effectively for missions, and drive continuous improvement in equipment management practices.
- Preparedness & Vendor Relations: Be our frontline in equipment response strategies and foster strong relationships with equipment manufacturers to stay abreast of industry requirements. You make sure we have the spares ready to do the job!
- Site & Utilities Management: Oversee our operational base at Westcott, ensuring everything from utilities to storage is optimised for our team’s success.
- Logistics Coordination: Mastermind the logistics of equipment transportation, both domestically and internationally, ensuring our operations span globally without a hitch.
- Proven experience in equipment or inventory management, preferably in aviation, drone operations, or a similar high-tech field.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage numerous moving parts both in the UK and during overseas operations.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively coordinate with team members, suppliers, and manage OEM relations.
- A knack for system creation, ensuring efficient equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
- The ability to manage a dynamic environment, from site utilities to emergency responses, ensures our fleet is always mission-ready.
- Experience in freight logistics, vehicle management, and overseas equipment transport is highly desirable.
