Role: Fire and Security Service EngineerLocation: SomersetSalary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum + On-call rates + Company vehicleTechnical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Engineer in Somerset. As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-out services to a wide range of clients. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting the full lifecycle of our contracts, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rota to provide emergency services.Responsibilities:
  • Planned and reactive maintenance of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
  • Servicing and maintenance of CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
  • Emergency lighting servicing
  • Maintenance of remote signalling systems (Redcare & Dualcom)
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant British Standards
Experience and Certifications Required:
  • Proven technical background in fire and security systems
  • Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass full NPPV2 security vetting
