- Own, manage a portfolio of clients including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, amongst others
- Expansion of sales activities by upselling of RepRisk services, across divisions and entire enterprises in line with the RepRisk client journey
- Support RepRisk’s position as a leading ESG service provider and supporting clients in navigating RepRisk’s platform and providing high-quality service standards to ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate
- Active contact with internal and external counterparts, including contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring delivery on service levels, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising
- Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship
- 2–3 years of experience in financial markets or in a client-facing role, with a proven track record in sales and contract negotiations
- Confident in managing a portfolio of 60–80 client accounts
- A university degree in Economics, Business, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Prior experience working with financial institutions—particularly asset managers, banks, and insurance companies—is highly valued
- A strong client focus: you proactively identify client needs, build productive relationships, and act with urgency to deliver high-quality solutions
- Solid understanding of business, financial, and technical concepts, with insight into how organizations operate, compete, and grow
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; Spanish or other major business languages are a plus
- Comfortable engaging with financial professionals, IT specialists, and product teams thanks to a strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to stay focused and effective under pressure and when managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce is an advantage
