- 🚨 Position: Scheduler
- 💰 Pay: £25,000 per annum
- ⏰ Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday - Full time office based on site at Waterlooville
- 🚗🚆Transport: Access to a vehicle or excellent transport links
- 🔒 Requirements: Experience within a call centre and or customer service/ facing related.
- Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
- Manage field service engineers' diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets.
- Take responsibility for all return visits following on from initial engineer visit.
- Co-ordination and scheduling of specialist equipment or sub-contractors necessary for the works to be completed in line with company procedures.
- You will need to be able to make decisions based on a number of factors
- Complaint logging
