About this roleThis is an all-round desirable opportunity - attractive hours (straight shifts/rarely any late nights), a unique location with good transport links, and an excellent benefits package.Working in a key leadership role within the team of 8 Chefs, you'll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen. Overseeing services for up to 100 covers +, as well as taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.You'll work with quality ingredients, cooking seasonal British cuisine. You'll have the opportunity to work with the Head Chef on new seasonal and special menus.
Salary package of £52,500 +
48 hours per week (includes weekends)

About YouPrevious experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy quality restaurants is needed, with sound knowledge of British/European cuisine.An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a team of 8-10 Chefs.Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
