As part of our commitment to Investors in People, we're launching an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals:Trainee Manager - Leadership Academy ProgrammeThis 12-month programme is designed for individuals with care experience who are ready to move into a management role. You'll be enrolled onto an accredited leadership programme, practical leadership experience, and one-on-one support (through coaching and mentoring) to prepare you for a successful career in management.What You'll Gain:
