Dumper Driver

- Operate dumpers and other plant machinery safely and efficiently.
- Transport soil, aggregates, and other materials to designated locations on site.
- Carry out pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery.
- Report any faults, damages, or safety hazards to the site supervisor.
- Assist with general labouring duties when required.
- Follow site-specific safety procedures and comply with legal and company regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other plant operators and ground workers.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and equipment used.
- Ensure the dumper and working area are kept clean and tidy.
- Valid CPCS / NPORS Dumper Driver Licence (or equivalent certification).
- Experience operating forward-tipping or articulated dumpers (desirable).
- Good understanding of health and safety in construction.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment checks.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
