Typical clients include Government, Utilities, Healthcare, MOJ and MOD to name a few.What will you be doingAttend to Planned Preventative Maintenance calls as directed by team coordinatorsCarry out scheduled maintenance tasks according to established PPM programs.Documenting maintenance activities, identifying potential problems, and providing recommendations for improvement.Rectify all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control.Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.Collection/recording of site configuration information, ensuring that theAsset Register is correctMaintain car stock (spares) levelsWhat we are looking forA minimum of 5 years' experience installing or servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities) a wide product base of access control systems, CCTVsystems and intruder alarm systems.Experience of installing or servicing fire alarm systems servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities), ideally GENT based.Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage and current drainGood attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach at all times.Comfortable working irregular hoursThere is also some must havesMust be able to pass BS7858 screening.Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.Enhanced DBS.Some government sites will require further screening.What are the benefits of working with G4SAmazing salary on offerCompany vehicleMatched pension scheme.25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.Perks at work scheme.You will just need to complete the following application form and one of our Recruiters will be in touch to discuss the next steps.
