An opportunity has arisen for a talented Senior C#.NET Software Engineer to join a successful technology department within the financial services sector. The role demands strong technical skills and a passion for building robust and innovative software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain BAU Client Applications using the C# .NET Framework (version 4.5.1)
  • Collaborate with engineers in solving technical solutions, as well as working with Technical Architects on the integration of products with other internal and external systems.
  • Address and resolve software issues, providing third-level support when necessary.
  • Client-focused on solutions that you are building, taking on board client experience to influence your future thinking
  • Willing to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Experience collaborating with designers and user experience specialists to develop new products and experiences
  • Experience working within an agile, iterative engineering environment
Develop and maintain BAU Client Applications using C#.NET, WPF, Signal R, SQL |Hybrid working 3 days a week in Bracknell or Liverpool.A successful Senior C#.NET Software Engineer should have:
  • Proven experience in software development
  • Strong experience in C#, .Net Core, .Net frameworks
  • Strong experience in WCF, Signal R, WWF
  • Strong experience with SQL and SSMS
  • Strong experience with SOLID and design principles
  • Good understanding of UI/UX
  • Experience with VBA
  • Good understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and a willingness to practice TDD
  • Experience working with cloud e.g. Azure
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of Security principles and implementation
