£75k + Car or Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension
Home based with a reach to the MidlandsAs their Business Development Manager you will be joining an award winning £30m plus manufacturer of construction products used primarily in the education and healthcare sector.You will need to be able to demonstrate a stable sales track record in one of the following areas of expertise:
  • Experience selling a build solution, a building envelope proposition
  • Creation of new CPD Presentations
  • Know how to use NBS Source to build pipelines
  • Already working within the architectural specification market with a network of architects and end users (local authorities)
Strong knowledge of the construction sector including contemporary issues around:
  • Low Carbon and the Building Safety Act
