- Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Technical Services & relevant Business Units to clearly define which digital solutions & services are market ready & relevant for UK & Irish customers.
- Develop detailed sales activity plans & targets for each of the key digital solutions & services in Bosch's IAM portfolio, specifically: -
- Remote Diagnostics (Re-Di)
- Workshop Management Systems (Product name: KiS)
- Connected Repair (Co-Re)
- Workshop Order Manager (WOM)
- Service Contracts (Maintenance, Calibration, Extended Warranty, etc)
- Bosch Loyalty Scheme (eXtra)
- Create Customer Acquisition Projects (CAP's) for target customers and sales channels together with colleagues in the Bosch sales & marketing teams.
- Develop a set of KPI's and tracking tools with the internal divisional data team to monitor the New Product Introduction (NPI), sales performance (both direct and indirect) and market growth / penetration.
- Develop and design NPI strategies & processes to ensure the professional and efficient roll-out of new services, ensuring optimal customer experience & engagement, working with divisional colleagues & external suppliers / partners.
- Individual sales target for digital solutions & new services
- Contribute to the overall Bosch IAM sales, profit & market share targets.
- Work within agreed cost and market budgets to deliver the above
- Market penetration targets for agreed solutions & services
